Melbourne Water is committed to the development of graduates in our business. We provide graduates with a three year development program that offers each person a range of personal and professional development opportunities.
Access to the program is open to any person who has completed a degree and has less than two years professional work experience, usually in their first full time position since graduation.
Graduates at Melbourne Water come from a range of disciplines - Science, Natural Resource Management, Business/Commerce and Engineering.
The Graduate Development Program at Melbourne Water can provide you with a range of opportunities to learn from experts, gain a range of skills and experience in a range of roles, and develop a greater understanding of the water industry and possible career opportunities. As part of the Graduate Development Program you will have access to:

Graduates at Melbourne Water work in a wide range of areas within our business. Opportunities for graduates include roles that are field based, project-management/construction activities, maintenance of our assets and office based.
